5.  Can individuals receive assistance if they are already receiving government benefits? Yes, this has no affiliation with those benefits.

6.  Do you offer any additional support services alongside basic essentials? We offer limited therapy sessions with a LCSW.

7. How does your nonprofit ensure privacy and confidentiality for individuals seeking assistance? We provide individuals seeking assistance with the option to remain anonymous if they prefer not to disclose their identity. We only require your age and zip code. Access to personal information is granted only to authorized staff members or volunteers who require it to fulfill their responsibilities.

8. What is the typical turnaround time for processing assistance requests? The turnaround time can range from a few days to a few weeks. There are some factors that may influence the processing time.
